As a Quantitative Developer, you will join a team building a state-of-the-art systematic trading platform that powers
our quantitative investment strategies. In this broad technical role, you will help develop and maintain the infrastructure and data pipelines that support trading strategies, and you will work closely with quantitative researcher
Responsibilities include, among other things
- Develop and maintain trading infrastructure. Build and optimize components of our systematic trading platform (e.g. research and backtesting frameworks, execution systems, and connectivity) to support quantitative
strategies. - Implement data pipelines and platforms. Design and maintain high-performance data processing pipelines
and research tools, ensuring reliable access to market data, pricing feeds, and alternative data for model
development. - Collaborate on model implementation. Work closely with quantitative researchers and portfolio managers to
understand model requirements and translate trading strategies into efficient, production-ready code. Support
production systems. Contribute to code reviews, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure system
reliability. - Optimize system performance (latency, throughput, fault tolerance) and debug issues in live trading or research
environments

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities, skills, and experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in software development, quantitative finance, or a technical research
setting (Internships, research projects, or prior fintech roles count toward this experience). - Proficiency in at least one systems programming language (such as C++, Rust, or Java).
- Basic understanding of statistical modeling, quantitative finance principles, or trading systems is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and
collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
