Submission of your request

You can report any complaints or complaints to us by telephone or email using the contact details above. Please give us your name, your contact details and a description of your request.

Periods for processing your request

You will immediately receive confirmation of receipt of your complaint or complaint by letter or e-mail. We will then endeavor to clarify your request as quickly as possible in your interest. If this is not possible within two weeks of receipt, you will receive an interim notification from us by letter, fax or e-mail. You will receive a final decision from us by letter, fax or e-mail within four weeks of receipt. If this is not possible, we will inform you of the reasons for this and our estimate of when the clarification will probably be completed. If your request cannot be resolved, you can contact the arbitration board of the Bundesbank.

Remuneration system

The institute is not obliged to publish information on the remuneration system in accordance with Section 16 InstitutsVergV and Article 450 of Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 (CRR).

Article 450 of the CRR does not apply to investment advisors, investment brokers and financial portfolio managers who are not authorized to obtain ownership or possession of client funds or securities when providing financial services and who are not permitted to trade in financial instruments for their own account (Article 450 CRR). 2 para. 8 and para. 8b KWG).

The provision of Section 16 (1) InstitutsVergV is not applicable to the institute as it is not a significant institution pursuant to Section 17 InstitutsVergV. The provision of Section 16 (2) Instituts-VergV is not applicable, since the average balance sheet total of the institute on the respective reporting dates of the last three completed financial years did not reach or exceed 3 billion euros.
